Rates

The Blue Cottage has an intimate upper level as well as a beautiful fenced in garden available for rent. Chairs and tables are included and there is a maximum of 50 people for the indoor venue.

The garden and upper level are available Friday evening after 5 pm on and time sessions can be reserved  Saturday and Sunday. Multiple sessions can be reserved as long as minimum hours apply for each session reserved.

For an additional rate the upper level can be rented with the garden in case of inclement weather. All of our themed packages and tableware can be added to any rental as well. Base rates, time sessions available  and minimum rental hours for the upper level and the garden are shown below.

Friday Evening – 5:00 pm to Midnight

$65 per hour (3 hour minimum)

Saturday/Sunday – 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

$55 per hour (3 hour minimum)
(The Garden can be added to this at $55 per
hour with a 3 hour minimum and must be rented
for the same amount of time as the Upper Room.)

Saturday/Sunday – 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

$65 per hour (3 hour minimum)
(The Garden can be added to this at $65 per
with a 3 hour minimum and must be rented
for the same amount of time as the Upper Room.)

Saturday/Sunday – 5:00 pm to Midnight

$75 per hour (4 hour minimum)
(The Garden can be added to this at $75 per
with a 4 hour minimum and must be rented
for the same amount of time as the Upper Room.)

The Garden (only)
$150 per hour (2 hour minimum)

Themes and Packages
$7.50 per person (minimum of 20 people)
May only be added to an indoor or garden rental.
