The Blue Cottage has four rooms as well as The Garden available for rent seven days a week from 8:00 am to 12:00 am midnight. Rates and minimum rental times are shown below.

Monday thru Thursday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
$25 per hour per room (3 hour minimum)

Monday thru Thursday - 5:00 pm to Midnight
$45 per hour per room (3 hour minimum)

Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
$25 per hour per room (3 hour minimum)

Friday Evening - 5:00 pm to Midnight
$55 per hour per room (3 hour minimum)

Saturday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
$45 per hour per room (3 hour minimum)

Saturday - 5:00 pm to Midnight
$65 per hour per room (4 hour minimum)

Before-hours, after-hours, Sunday, and Holiday rates are also available.
