All room rentals include:
Overseer, tables, chairs, food prep area with ice machine, microwave, and refrigerator.

A security guard is required if you will be serving alcohol. The
security guard fee is $30 an hour.

Individual quotes and special discounts for multiple hour/day rentals are available.

50% Deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due in full 14 days
prior to your event.

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as
possible. Your deposits will be refunded if cancellation is received 60 days prior
to your scheduled event.

Additional equipment is available for rent to assist you with your event needs. These
include: Dishes, glasses, chafers, silver trays, punch bowls, serving pieces, utensils, and
linens. Decorations for rooms or The Garden are also available for
rental. Please call for availability and pricing.

The Blue Cottage does not provide, and is not responsible for, food or drinks. However,
we welcome off-site caterers. We can recommend one if you do not have a caterer of
your own.
